Seeing the replay again it looks like Utley was safe at 2nd.

but the Reds should have appealed at 3rd and got Utley called out, he never touched the bag.

I thought it he looked out but it was too close to really tell. And on Utley rounding third the angle they showed was really hard to tell. It definitely didnt look like he touched at all
